The only tie-in book for USA’s award-winning series MR. ROBOT, Elliot’s journal—Red Wheelbarrow—is written by show creator Sam Esmail and show writer Courtney Looney.

Before and during the events of season two, Elliot recorded his most private thoughts in this journal—and now you can hold this piece of the series in your hands. Experience Elliot’s battles to gain control of his life and his struggles to survive increasingly dangerous circumstances, in a brand-new story rendered in his own words.

The notebook also holds seven removable artifacts—a ripped-out page, a newspaper clipping, a mysterious envelope, and more—along with sketches throughout the book. You’ll discover the story behind MR. ROBOT season two and hints of what is to come. This book is the ultimate journey into the world of the show—and a key to hacking the mind of its main character.

MR. ROBOT is a psychological thriller that follows Elliot (Rami Malek, The Pacific), a young programmer, who works as a cyber-security engineer by day and as a vigilante hacker by night. Elliot finds himself at a crossroads when the mysterious leader (Christian Slater, Adderall Diaries) of an underground hacker group recruits him to destroy the firm he is paid to protect.

So was recently made aware that there was a ebook available from the creators of Mr Robot that was recently released, that is set before and during of Season 2. So best to be up to date on the show before purchasing- It is an amazing show!

As of writing, it appears to be the cheapest using US Amazon(13AUD) as opposed to AU Amazon($13.13AUD). It's onsale with a modest saving of 67% off (Was $23.32USD ~$30.35AUD)

As a comparison GooglePlay Books has it at $15.97AUD. Not sure if region-switching is avaliable for GooglePlay Books as the site ends in only .com for me.

Can't wait to read this while rocking my fedora and chowing down on some doritos and mountain dew before reading The God Delusion!

  • Thanks mate…

  • These guys make the best bbq

  • I think I am probably the only person that thought season 2 was very average. Season 1 was amazing though.

    • +2

Season 2 was only average because Season 1 was so breathtakingly different (and superb). But Season 2 did have it's highlights, and took some chances. But because it is so much the Director's show (he does everything), it has a chance to travel down some weird/uncomfortable rabbit holes

      • Yeah my thoughts exactly. Still was a great ride though

I thought both seasons sucked and that the 2nd was worse than the 1st.

      • And you watched it in entirety because…

        • In the hope that it would get better.
