I googled it. Apparently you can buy $320 worth of WISH eGift cards, close enough to real currency. So that seems like a good deal for spending $160 on the membership fee.
But keep in mind the 50k points can potentially be used to upgrade you to business class on a long haul flight which is worth a lot more than $320.

The 50,000 bonus Qantas Points promotion is only available for new Bankwest Qantas MasterCard customers who apply for a Bankwest Qantas Platinum MasterCard credit card between 01 August and 30 November 2016, are approved and spend at least $2,500 on eligible purchases within 3 months from account opening.
