If you go into the small print (T&C link down the bottom it states:

Which means you have to spend at least $219 and up to about $800 to get a basic short lesson on how to use the product you purchased.

My wife went to one of the Melbourne ones, she was 'trained' on EM5800's.
The instructions in the box are quite poor and found the course to be very informative.
She said it was well worth it.
Course is definitely worthwhile…..even got a kg of coffee beans FOC……only prob is the cleaning after you make 2 cups.
If you just want to learn how to do coffee then do that course.
However, the sunbeam course teaches you on sunbeam machines, not a commercial unit.
all you need is to buy that machine……?
