      I accidentally cancelled my order for this dashcam, then found out that I couldn't reapply the VIOFO11 code to another order - even after clearing cookies/using different browser etc. Support were good, but couldn't solve this. Solution: Create a new account and repurchase. Guess I'm doubling up on promo emails… :-(

    Does anyone know when the A119S is coming out? The one with the circular polarising filter? This would be really useful for sunrise and sunset. Can't hold out much longer.

    LMAO cheeky bastards, Gearbest just sent me notice of 3-5 day dispatch delay with the dodgiest alternative options without mentioning cash refund. Typical Gearbest, why did I not heed the warnings on Ozbargain haha.

      What was the quoted delivery timeframe? Has that been delayed?

      As always, if you only want to pay the cheapest prices, you should not expect top-shelf service.

        Dispatch has been quoted as Nov 15 on the website and there will be a delay of 3-5 days more. There's already plenty of time to get stock.

        I don't think giving someone a cash refund is "expecting top-shelf service" it's quite basic. But I'm just kicking myself, not trying to kick a fuss.

          In any case, a 3-5 day delay from an overseas seller isn't something I'd be too surprised about. Delays like these should be expected from overseas sellers. You get what you pay for.

          As I said, it's labelled on their website with a non-immediate shipment status of up to 15 Nov, it's labelled like that so I accepted it's not like I was demanding immediate shipping time. The fact that I got an almost immediate notification for further delays says to me they are trying to downplay back-order expectations to get cash first…but enough of the conspiracies

          Just what I really don't appreciate is them trying to avoid a 'refund' by leading me towards options where they can keep the cash. Surely a refund would be a much more low budget customer service than trying to calculate store credit + points, alternative product swap or keep me on a back order list, no?

    Gearbest do you guys actually have a warehouse or are you a reseller. Like customers buy things through your website and you then buy those goods from a seller or supplier and request them to send the product directly to your customers.
