I have one I bought that was advertised as 12000mah, and one that was advertised as 10400mah and bought from geekbuying recently. Both appear to be the same, though the USB A port is coloured different. Are there any differences I should be aware of?
New version is 10400mAh and the USB-A port now includes VoltIQ (5V/2.4A).

Only USB A-to-C cables have that problem.
USB-C to USB-C cables don't need a different type of resistor hence no need for "Benson approval".
Is there any problem for delivery of lithium battery to Australia from overseas?
Some companies may not deliver; in this instance if it doesn't get delivered you can always raise a dispute, esp if you pay with your credit card.
