I've commented before and I will again. Loving mine. We enjoy a firmer mattress and can get hot overnight. The Koala doesn't let you sink in and I've never felt hot from the mattress. Had it for 1 year now.

also have one, it does fairly sink in if you are sitting on the edge, or focusing your weight in one spot, ie. kneeling/standing on the mattress. not so good for certain..activities :P

What kind of base is it on?
its on a bed, so those wooden slats? :)
and i am sure that someone will comment 'this is the company that was paying for great reviews' - NO. I bought this in April and have never been offered anything for a good review, but I did write one nonetheless. People that did get the 'incentive' offer did clarify that they would have been given the incentive regardless of whether their review was good or bad. so tired of people talking crap when they dont even know the full story.
I love it, but they have the worst customer service. I ordered 2-3 weeks back, and on the morning when it's supposed to be delivered, they called me saying they can't deliver it on that day. I had to sleep on the floor that weekend. Please be careful if you're buying this without having any mattress.

It's hard to find trusted review but these guys seem legit to me.
Maybe have a read through past deals?
