I got mine from here yesterday. It is not the Australian version but from some Asian country, everything is in English though.
the ebay link is actually of a uk classification, its still PAL but still wont be accepted for trade
No it's not. I bought from the same listing and mine is NTSC. It doesn't matter though because online gameplay still works.

some of the games there can be picked up really cheap if u hunt around and that way u know your getting an Australian copy of the game
B4 I can only see X360 but not PS3
I 2nd this. Got two copies of RDR for PS3 by buying Alpha Protocol (PS3) and Splinter Cell Conviction (xbox 360) from Ebay and trading it in at Game. So I got 2 copies of RDR for less than $50 each. Had to make sure that the games were Australian copies though.
