Once I added 5 (family was hungry) just to see whether it would accept and sure enough it did. And because the total was more than $4.95, I used a free chips and drink code so in total 6 reg chips and a drink for $5.

The 4 max per person is a lie, you can order as many as you want from the App. Just like the $5 lunch box saying before 4pm only, you can order it past that time with the app :)
