Yes, Chinese companies on Alibaba are known to copy, very fast. There's not much we can do about that. If you want to order minimum 1000 units, then that's a reasonable price.
They copied your own Perth-based design studio's Air Time LUXE designs? And you have only just launched too? Have I got that right?
Yes your right, but not entirely. We designed this item over a year ago, yes from Perth. Our Shanghai based supplier showed it at the Canton fair in China last April. When you have a popular design, many Chinese companies copy immediately. It's like wildfire, just the modern way. Not much anyone can do about it. That particular model has been in the Australian market since August. We launched our site yesterday. We still have some bugs. Thanks to people like you on Ozbargain for pointing out our error. We will have it sorted early next week.
Could anyone please help…how do you take down this deal, we need to sort out this pricing issue out in the meantime…sorry all!
