Seems the only bargain here is if you need the chargers. You can get more batteries for the same price as this at costco.
Do Costco take online orders to deliver to areas where no Costco stores exist? I'm 1200km from the nearest store.

I would rather by a 20 pack of batteries from target for 8 dollars.
Make sure you take them to Aldi, Battery World or Ikea to the recycle drop off points.
