    • THanks, Done!

  • Does anyone know a free delivery code for HN? Would make this deal worthwhile.

  • +1

This one is the same price and lets you carry on.

    • weight of 3.8kg though

      • Nobody weighs the bags, so long as you don't make it look like it's over 7kg nobody will question you.

But yeah — you're right, although hopefully its sturdy. Qantas absolutely destroyed one of my bags once.

On a recent Tiger flight out of Sydney they not only weighed everyones carry on at check-in, they also wheeled up some scales at the gate & did random checks of carry on bags there too! (lot of people frantically opening bags, putting on jackets & stuffing things in pockets!)

        • @Gaz1:

What happens to the excess items? Do people throw things out? At the gate check, I'd imagine there wouldn't be enough time go back and check in luggage as a penalty. The airline doesn't get any fuel saving as all the mass will be carried onto the plane whether it be in a pocket or carry-on luggage.

        • @Gaz1:

wtf. I don't fly tiger or jetstar because of stupid revenue rasing antics like this. Thanks for the heads up lol.

          @octagonalman:
They said they would take large items away & put into the hold & charge an appropriate fee.
It was a completely full flight & some of the people on last ended up having their bags taken & put into the hold because there was no space left.

    “lightweight“?

  • +1

Is 4.2kg lightweight? That means you can only take on board another 2.8kg on board.

The future of Lightweight carry on, prevent you from bringing a lot of stuff.

  • $17 delivery to WA.

  • +1

Delivery charge of $17 in WA kills this deal.

  • too heavy for carry on.

This is an Illogic case, heavy weight, heavier than those large cases - only two wheels, no wonder they're getting rid of it. I dont want it even it's free.
Holding a capacity of 28L and with a weight of only 3.8kg, this carry-on luggage is ideal for quick trips.

  • Out of stock and also pretty sad when this weighs as much as my full sized 80cm Samsonite..
