          We (Boyfriend and I) own 6 of them in different sizes, we use all of them.. never had an issue with ours :) maybe you were just unlucky enough to get a dud?

    I bought one of these on the last sale. It died after literally 1 hour of use.
    Submitted an RMA claim on the website and haven't heard anything back - this was 2 weeks ago. I've bumped the claim with another message and still nothing??

    Hi AJ,

    Bought the power bank and some cables today.

    However, the Hoco X2 (2in1) (apple/micro) does NOT sync to computer, only charges, although box claims Syncing.

    Going to have to do a refund tomorrow.
