    And I don't believe they have the fastest shipping..I haven't bought from them before but my sister was saying their shipping has been slow each time she's purchased anything from them.

      I had the same experience, and their customer service is crap. It's better to go in store and buy. Their online staff is all from an old company name: Luxola

    yep.. everything i was tempted to buy, including all the Glasshouse candles. what a scam. at least they could have had an exclusion list instead of removing them from stock.

    The sale started midnight QLD time so I think that confused a lot of people and they started clogging the site a hour before it actually started thinking the sale was live and buying things at full price… I was ment to buy a couple things for a xmas gift but they sold out before sale started.
