    no you cant. You need to create US PSN Account, redeem the DLC and download it. Sign in AUS account and play

    Generally too, DLC won't work with a game's disc that is from another region, so even though Modern Warfare can be launched as it's own game kind of thing, I wouldn't get rid of this American disc just in case MWR doesn't wanna work with an Aussie disc.
