[Android] Perfectly Clear - Camera and Automatic Photo Correction App 99c (Normally $4)

41

Here is an app that I regularly use. This is a great Camera app along with an auto photo fix feature, all built into a single app.

Developers description:
"Intelligent Image Correction that improves your images with a single tap. All 18 corrections happen automatically so you get professional-looking photos without tedious and complex editing. And it includes powerful presets like Beautify which makes it easy to look your best every time.
Perfectly Clear counteracts your camera's limitations by applying 18 automatic corrections to your photos.

Perfectly Clear captures life unfiltered without masking or saturating anything. Our corrections are designed to highlight the beauty that was always there so every photo looks as vibrant as life itself."

Previously (May 2014) was available for free on iOS and has been free for Android from the Amazon store.

I believe, on iOS, it is now called LUCiD (and it is also on special)

  • how does this compare to the free apps out there?

    • Not sure I can help in answering that question, because I've never used anything else. Maybe this review from 2012 (keep in mind, it is a 4 year old review of an older version) might help you out:

  • So I thought I would give this app a go. After noticing a lot of the photos I was trying to auto enhance were blurry in the comparison part.

I decided to compare it with the normal gallery viewer. To which looked exactly the same as the 'fixed' copy and was not blurry whatsoever.

I believe they are trying to deceive people into thinking it does more than what it really is.

    • Good call on that…

It's unfortunate you did not find that the app worked for you. I hope that you uninstalled the app in time to have a refund issued.

      • I tried that today, but there was no refund option unfortunately.

From what I read on Google it said up to 48hrs so dunno why I couldn't refund

        • +1

Have a look at this site:
          https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en-A…

I'm interpreting it as saying refunds have to be requested with 2 hours of purchase and that the refund can take up to 48 hours to process.

However, I have heard that some people contact the developer direct (via the support email) to request refunds. In this case the email address is
          [email protected]

          Hope that helps.
