    • To be fair Red Cross may likely deliver courses of a higher standard than some of the tiny training providers.

      • Yes. the trainer put a RC uniform on. Very knowledgeable and keen to teach. Many other training schools can't wait to get you in and out the door. So it depends on what the purpose you enrol the course is for - to learn or for the sake of cert.

    • These are also 1 day course with prior online learning. Red Cross course is two days onsite. From what I can tell.

    First aid training is pretty competitive. Always shop around if you just need the certificate.

      That is the 2 hour Provide CPR course, not Provide First Aid which covers CPR plus a lot of other topics and is usually the one employers require.

  • Tafe do free first aid courses. Get a Tafe certificate and all
