I'm looking to invest in a good cast iron skillet and think I will enjoy the care required to keep it in good shape. I'm looking for unseasoned so I can go through the seasoning process myself but can't afford the $100+ pans they are selling on ebay and gumtree. I don't even mind old ones which I can restore.
Are there many cast iron enthusiasts on Ozbargain? Any advice is appreciated :)
