Switch to online statements via Netbank:
- Log on to NetBank
- Go to the View accounts tab
- Click Settings, select Statement preferences
Switch to online statements via Commbank App:
- Tap on View accounts, and log in
- Select an account
- Select an account
- Tap on the Settings cog
- Tap on the settings cog in the top right hand corner
- Tap Statement Preferences
- Tap Statement preferences, re-enter your CommBank app password and Select ‘online’ as your preference
