        Not quite. If people neg comments they disappear/or are greyed out (by default), thus voting is disabled for moderator comments. In a similar fashion, if a rep makes a comment that is important to the deal/forum post, we can also disable hiding the comment due to negative votes.

    I've been to your Brisbane premises on several occasions over the past couple of years, and left disappointed each time. The staff were consistently disinterested in providing service (preferring to continue conversation amongst themselves whilst "serving"), the removal of empty glasses & cleaning of un/occupied tables was almost non-existent and both the upper & lower bars were sticky to the touch (cocktail/wine menus also) and the smell of stale beer prevalent. It is such a shame, because you offer some great beers and the river / bridge views are terrific.

          If that's the case then his areas of complaints can't be that bad.

          He has been back enough times for the music and views that he is willing to ignore the problem areas.

          If they were that bad then it wouldn't matter how good the music and views are, you simply wouldn't go back.

          First couple of times I went back because you should give somewhere a second chance (unless it is awful beyond salvation - this was not the case). The remaining times were due to obligations - work function on one occasion and a friend's birthday the next.

          Like I said, it's not a terrible place, the views and location almost make up for the substandard service and pissweak cleaning efforts, but why keep patronising a place when there are several other bars with the same view but better service?

          As for the snide remarks about upvotes, well internet points may matter to you buddy but I could care less. How about posting some more deals (1 "deal" in 2 years is a weak effort) instead of pointless comments?

    Have to say, while you can't argue with the happy hour price on the craft beers, the quality is downright ordinary. These are 'craft' beers in branding only - they're simply contract-brewed beers for UPG in order to satisfy consumer trends and provide a 'cheaper' drink, and are actually inferior in taste and quality to just about every German beer on tap. The quality of this establishment is noticeably sliding as it expands :(

    -1 for no Manly weekend happy hours
    -1 for overall quality of these beers
    -1 for no Franziskaner Dunkel Weissbier when I was last in York Street outlet.
