Just wondering if anyone can clarify if CITIbank credit cards are still offering a cheque to self option. I'm not a current customer, but would like to take advantage of the CTS option if it is still available. Upon digging through the site all I can find about the CTS option is this page:

Upon further digging I came across the Fixed Payment Options, which certainly isn't as enticing. Are these essentially replacing the CTS option? Has anyone recently applied and recieved a cheque to self and if so, does it apply to all of their cards or is it only select ones. Ie, If I apply for a visa simplicity, am I still eligible or is it only available on their more premium cards?
If they do stop offering a cheque you can just withdraw positive funds form a regular balance transfer.
