500gb would generally be just around 10-15 games depending on the size.. you would need to constantly delete games.. still not bad a price considering BF1 is around 50ish..

Not really a problem considering you can plug any USB3 external hard drive in for more storage including 2.5 inch portables, so <$100 to add a few terabytes more if needed.

The EB Games deal for 1TB PS4 Slim + COD at $379 is much more attractive

      • yeah, I put one of my old old 250GB SSD drives into an external case and use that for the frequently played games, but with spindle 2TB external drives at the $100 mark, I don't see 500GB drives in consoles as being deal breakers if the price is right.

        • The $379 EB deal was $350 on Target Ebay few weeks back, lucky to the ones who got in on time. But the EB deal is probably better than this 500gb even if its shitty COD ;( Will it get any better come boxing day you reckon?

        • @Madaaara:

I can answer that in pm. Would rather not be releasing these details to the public this early though.

        • @nurries: will there be any more deals in the new year for Xbox one s?

        • @PorkHunt:

          From my latest Target post:

"NB: There are no catalogue deals for the XB1/PS4 until at least the 18th of January."

        • @nurries: thank you

This EB xbox deal is cheaper and you get an extra game and movie for it.

    • Pending EB stock and server crashes

  • Hmm, looks like they're getting more NES Minis tomorrow - or at least opening up online ordering. Worth noting that the image on the front mentions about getting one for Christmas but the link you follow tells you they can't guarantee one for Christmas.

  • for the PS4, it doesn't mention anything about Watch Dogs 2?

    • I think OP got the price wrong. $349 is for the 500gb PS4 with Stan.

$429 for the 1tb with WD2 and Stan bonus

      As per here: http://imgur.com/D9ekVwe

Feel free to edit me if I've linked to the wrong catalogue (ending Wed 14th Dec)

      • Also if you were thinking of getting the $429 from Target may I suggest you consider this:)
1TB PS4 w CoD IW + MWR for $379 and then purchase WD separately for $58 (total $437)

        • Thanks man, yes I'm looking for a PS4, not really into COD though. This is the best one I found so far:
          http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/PS4-Console-1TB-Uncharted-4-Limit…

I'm really like this one (big fan of MGS), but not sure if it's the slim version or not:
          https://www.gamesmen.com.au/playstation-4-500gb-limited-edit…

        • @5h4rk:
          Good finds man!
That MGS console looks so slick but for $100 less and getting Uncharted w a 1tb drive I think that eBay deals a ripper

        • @Verse: Is there a reason to get the slim version over the old version?

        • @5h4rk: that's not the slim console. I don't think there's a huge benefit to getting the slim over the original though if size isn't an issue.

        • @Smigit: Not what she said.

        • @5h4rk: Careful with their plain white box/Console Only deals as these are most likely refurbs. This one doesn't come with original box and no game etc. Still an awesome looking console though.

      • That's the wrong catalogue. This catalogue starts on the 15th of December.

        • Ah ok thanks for the update - should have checked in your post when start date was :P

Hey Nurries, as for feedback all I can say is to keep posting as you do, I appreciate the posts especially when they can be ahead of what the public has access to :)
