Cheapest it has been on Amazon for well over a year by 3C. Seems to be a pretty solid watch with (mostly) good reviews.
I'd love to hear 28Degrees' opinion though, s/he is the watch guru on Ozbargain.

Hi mazorn, Seiko is one of my favourite brands and Camel records go back to Nov 2008 so it's a good deal, I haven't looked anywhere else though.

It all depends what you like really. This is only 37mm diameter so it would be ok for small wrists. It's also only a quartz watch, so I guess you are paying a higher price for it being titanium which I personally don't really care about.

If you are after a dress watch for this kind of money I would rather buy an automatic like the 41mm Orient Symphony II Automatic Watch Sapphire Crystal for approx $140 (US$99.00 + US$5.00) delivered.
Orient is owned by Seiko & their movements are manufactured in-house in Japan.

    • Thanks, great advice. I've set some alerts for some eco-drives, I just hate paying $15 to get the battery changed.

Citizen Eco-Drives won't need a battery change for well over 10 years from what I have read.

You can get 37mm Seiko 5 automatics for less, like the popular field watch in 4 different colours for under $80.00 delivered
I have seen photos of these with brown leather straps & they look really smart.

      • There are still 5 Eco-Drive models available for $99.00 + shipping at Starbuy, follow the links here
The 5th one is in the comments.

It should be noted that as a titanium watch, it's suitable for people with metal allergies. The weight of titanium watches are also very low compared to those with stainless steel band/casing.
      Useful for 1/20 people, potentially.

You are really just paying for the titanium..

Titanium is not only lighter in mass, but also softer, so it can blemish a bit easier. It will also react more with skin oils and discolour requiring a clean with a cloth. The mass might be important on a hefty watch, but this isn't one.

Funny how 37mm dial is now regarded as "small"
    Back in the day…….
