Anyway to fix the time zone issue?

I'm in Queensland and have my timezone set to Brisbane but am still affected by the daylight savings times.

After 11pm (in QLD) all expiry dates and even the title saying today at the top switches to the next day meaning its still sticking to daylight time.

Is there anyway I can fix this or is it a site issue?

    Move south to NSW :-)

    • yeah I would like daylight savings. would make things so much easier when working with others down south but there is some issues with the cows and farmers complaining..

So just change your location to Sydney?

Have daylight savings they say. It will be the greatest since sliced bread.

Not saying people shouldn't have daylight saving. I rather they do it on their own time (pun intended) and not apply to others who don't want it.

change the time settings on your computer

  • Are you talking about a computer, a tablet, or a phone? What operating system? And what do you mean by a "site issue"? Are you saying that this behaviour only happens on some web sites and not on others? What sites?

No so my computer time zone is set to Brisbane as is the time zone on my oz bargain account but when it gets to 11pm at night all the deals and the titles seem to click over to the next day despite the settings all being set to Brisbane time.

Probably because this site uses NSW/VIC time. I don't see how that can be fixed unless the site starts associating deal times with the timezone(s). There is always some ambiguity with timezones in promotions. Sometimes they mean a particular timezone, sometimes they will honour the timezone of the shop.

TL;DR: Very tricky, no easy fix.
