Gearbest - nothing has changed.

Ordered on the 10th and 11th of November a Drone from this mob. So far neither has arrived. Orders I placed with other Chinese sellers arrived over a week ago. I have had enough of them and will never order again. Anyone else having as much luck with them lately?

    Orders I placed with other Chinese sellers arrived over a week ago

    Some I am waiting for have taken 6-8 weeks, others arrive in 2 weeks. Its a crap shoot. Some havent arrived

    My Gearbest camera and Raspberry both arrived in 4 weeks, my bear is still to clear customs.

    I ordered at the same time and received mine on Friday, so it may be close.
    I figure some of the delay is festive season hold ups, but Auspost really works hard to get everything done in the next few days.

      That's a bit harsh, Sunny seems willing to help and asked you to private message him with your order number but you posted it as a comment instead.

  • I dont doubt that gearbest has 'issues' but i think its a bit weird to say that "oh other packages from china have arrived why hasnt gearbest"…

  • I have a package from HK which seemed to be a bit late and no update on tracking information for a couple weeks, so I messaged their live Chat to see if they had more information. All I got was a string of copy pasted responses to things I didn't say - would have been better off in the FAQ section.

    I heard the horror stories, but thought I'd save $10 using them. Looks like that saving came straight from their customer service budget.

    I have a suspicion their tracking information is fake for the first while, and they post things when they become available rather than when they say they did. This would explain why they use a tracking code very few tracking services recognize.
