Nope, they work in a strange manner.
IW is on the disc, whereas MWR is on a code.
Once the MWR is downloaded, it will prompt you to insert the IW disc every time you boot it up.In short, MWR (downloaded) only works with the IW disc.

Purchase it on the Psn store and login the one account on two consoles, in addition to your regular account (primary etc).
not for me, MWR & IW were 2 seperate codes that downloaded 2 seperate games, no DISCs in DVD case.
(this was with a JB HiFi 1TB Slim PS4 bundle ($399) 3 weeks ago).should've sold the Codes!, I have only small spare times in any given week, I'm only part way thru a campaign on MWR.
