you dont need to do it for running shoes (nike, adidas) but trust me. always go at least 1 size up for trail running/hiking shoes or boots....

Thats why I always used travel insurance. $120-$130 and it cover upto 6000m above sea level

I paid $300 usd last time for poon hill including transport, food, etc...just go there and ask for a deal. Its much cheaper
