Same. Even through Amazon Underground app, all are geoblocked.
BTW - Ducktales Remastered also free under this… but also geoblocked!! :-(
Edit: VPN does nothing to unlock, so guessing it must be based on account's country settings. Can't find how to change those either.
Yep JPic - account-based geoblock. Go to "Manage your devices" > "Settings" tab (on right side) > change your address to a US one. It'll then move your account to be a US Amazon one, & you'll be able to download. You may need to log out & back in for any device apps though for it to take effect.
Ducktales Remastered has a free version and a non-free version. I wonder why that is the case…there are a lot that are free versions for Underground only.
The funny thing is if you click on why? it pops up a list of countries that CAN buy apps and Australia is on it.. :P
Mine works ok, maybe you need US address or update to new CC details?

Mine's doing the same. I'm in the Amazon Underground app but it's asking me to download and update…which I've done twice.

I could get through on PC but now I am geoblocked. Screw it, can't be bothered jumping through the hoops!
I get the "You are not eligible to purchase this app due to geographical restrictions." on the app. But if I use the links on my computer it lets me the get apps. Then to install them got to your Amazon app Menu -> Your Apps -> Cloud. You can install them from there :)
What does the GO mean in all these mobile games?
It's a bit like the Chinese board game of go.
It just indicates the turnbased play style of the game. All of square enix's mobile turnbased games are like that. For example: Hitman Go, Lara Croft Go etc.
Only 99c in Play Store. Way less hassle.

constantly updating to US address, transferred account over says success when updating US address but keeps staying australia.

Yeh had the same issue, finally got it working, think this offer is geoblocked to Amazon US?
What I had to do was go to:
- Your Account
- Manage Your Content and Devices
- Settings
- Change country settings from Australia to USA
- Add a US address
Save
Works for me now. Hope that works!
Still need Amazon underground right? After some fuss I got it working with Amazon underground only, doesn't show up in cloud on regular Amazon app. After installing kotor I uninstalled underground and kotor would not run. I then installed the regular Amazon app and it works fine. I prefer the regular app to underground, less resources I reckon.
Thanks, I've changed the address as well as clean other amazon apps (Kindle, the normal Amazon shopping app)

The more I keep looking there is actually a lot of Apps that are free in Amazon Underground also. I think everything in AU is supposed to be free. But it linked with the Amazon APP store really easy for me.
