I only have one account. I believe it's considered a US account which gives me access to their books/deals instead of an Aussie account which has a smaller library and different deals.
Surprisingly it worked for me. I had cancelled my last free trial (two books) only last week.

Not sure. I've had a few of the other recent ones here not work for me. The recent $1.75 credits deal here worked well, so I'd chase that up.
