    That's debatable.
    I think one of the reasons it is so cheap is due to the fact that it was the failure of the series in every aspect.

      It's cheap because it was bundled with many Xbox One consoles, where the paper slips (with the code printed on them) were given separately from the box. Since many stores would often sell these consoles without the slips, they would be left behind and were subsequently given away/sold/taken by employees and hence, their presence on places like cdkeys.com.
