      Skmei is known for a great level of quality - While I haven't bought the SKMEI 1013 version before I'd guess the quality would far surpass the price.

    If you are going to buy a cheapo you can do a lot worse than Skmei.
    Some may prefer the 40mm Skmei 9083 $9.40 Shipped
