        Edit: worked out that infernal max flamed you on another post then got removed for trolling, my suggestion let it go, man up and post away people like KFC and i am sure those qld'ers like their KFC cheaper

  • I am also on a bodybuilding diet, and I eat KFC on occasion.

    As long as your overall calorie intake is where it needs to be (roughly 500 over BMR) and you're getting enough protein, it shouldn't really matter what you're eating… to some extent.

    I eat the boneless chicken pieces. They're delicious and about 160 calories each, 20g protein, 5g carbs and 7 grams fat. Awesome!

    Shame these aren't available to NSW =(

    • I think you mean the breast meat, which is higher in protein then the other parts of the chicken.

      • I'm talking specifically about the boneless fillets. It does seem to be breast meat, but I'm not talking about getting a box of chicken pieces and asking for the breast pieces only. Those still have bones in them and seem to have a higher amount of carbs and fat compared to protein. They're very battery.

        I think we're talking about the same thing here =)
