      Products are dispatched from your nearest store/warehouse with the item in stock (this store/warehouse can be interstate). Delivery normally takes between 2 - 10 business days.

I just called to see whats happening - there is an issue at the warehouse and these may take a few more weeks but they are happy to refund. I asked if they are actually in stock and the lady said it sounds like they may not be….
I think they potentially oversold because the discount was so good are now scrambling offering refunds.

Has anyone been offered a refund or heard anything at all without contacting them first? I bought the Stormtrooper and the Darth Vader and havnt had so much as an email since the order confirmation.

This is the kind of terrible customer service that makes me hope Amazon wipes the floor with these guys when they come to Australia, you'd never have to put up with this kind of thing from American stores. Mistakes happen, but at least update people with whats happening. For all they know people have been waiting on these things for birthday gifts.

Hrm, anyone actually got an order through? I made two seperate orders, one for a two troopers and then another for vader, but I've only got the refund for the two troopers.

Hopefully this means I'll get vader - but I don't like my chances.

:Edit: couldn't find a receipt email nor a charge on my credit card or PayPal. I guess that second one never went through!

I emailed HN support a few days ago to try and find out what was going.
I had not heard anything since the purchase, apart from a cancellation email for Darth (with no explanation), but I never received a reply - very poor form.
The stormtrooper was delivered today.
