2m+ long Micro USB cables with good quality connectors

I'm so over bad quality Micro USB connectors slipping out of my phone while charging. I'm not that concerned about charge speed as I usually just leave the phone charging all night. Several existing references to good cables in the forums are too short for my needs. Can anyone recommend a cable at least 2m long with good quality connectors?

  • Avoid using too much lube.

Cable might be too small for the hole ;)

I brought some metal USB cable that was like 5 meter long for like $10 at kmart (need it then and there) its now like a year on still works fine. Kmart is good for cables because you get a 12 month warranty, so if it breaks, swap it instore for another.

Also the ones shell shop sell are good, just a rip off

Never thought of local warranty on something so cheap. Ta.

I use a Comsol from Officeworks and am pretty happy with it.
Mine is 1.5m, but they do have a 3m variant.

    • Ta. Will try. $20 for a $1 cable gonna hurt but not as much as current frustrations.

    • How's the durability on it

  • I bought a 2 metre Aukey for about 8 bucks. Great cable

  • I'm here to say avoid tronsmart cables. I got one and the metal microusb part does not extend far enough to connect to my phone. Blitzwolf is an option with the dual sided feature and you can buy a male to female usb cable to get additional length.

Also when removing cables, don't pull out by the cable as that damages the internal bits. Pull but by the connector.

  • In my limited research i went with braided anker powerline+ micro usb 3m for around $30 delivery included. Their main selling point for me was their durability. Have had them for only a few months but they work perfectly for me so far i bought 3 with 2 still unopened. I forgot who is the rep on here but they can maybe get you $5-10 off on your order. Initially i bought a no brand $5-10 5m cable but the AVG of the write was not high or low enough to transit the 5v 2.0A i required this the semi impulse expensive anker buy.
