65" UHD (4K) TV - where are the bargains?

Looking to replace an old plasma that just died. Where are all the TV deals when you need them?

I'm keen on the Samsung 65" KU6000 but the cheapest I can find this at the moment is at Videopro ($2193 delivered)

Price is a lot higher than it was before Christmas ($1596 at both HN and TGG).

Any deals I'm not aware of?

    Is now $799, but recently had 10% in store credit thrown in. Might be room to haggle in store around $720.

      Thanks Steptoe - looks like a decent deal but the wife is expecting a brand she recognises and a smart tv (despite my argument that our first gen Chromecast is better than any smart tv feature).

    65'' is too big and expensive for me. I'm looking for a good 48''.
