I moved money into my 28 Degrees account for use while travelling. Now I am home and want to move the money that wasn't used out of that account to my normal bank account.
The only way I can see to do this is via BPay, but what is the biller code etc for my personal bank account? Do you even have one?? I have done this type of transaction before and I don't remember doing it this way. I am going crazy…

It's frustrating that I can't figure it out.
its designed that way , because of the cash advance fee and people complaining they never knew about the fee/ that its their money / that its unfair etc.
Message them on social media and they will link you to an enquiry form (https://www.28degreescard.com.au/social-enquiry/) where you can give them details of the bank account to which you wish to withdraw funds.
Note that the details should be filled in the form, not over social media.
Probably only way fee free is for them to issue a cheque.
It's a credit card, so any cash withdrawals will attract a cash advance fee. You can't transfer money via bpay.
I rang and they said the primary card holder has to call them. It can't be done online.
Sigh. Annoying.
Why don't you just ring them up and ask ? So simple and easy :)
Or just withdraw your cash out of ATM and deposit back to your other bank ?
