Not a dealbreaker for everyone but take it into account
True, my iPhone dock from DX (China) took 8 days to arrive, as compared to 10 days for a Universal Remote from COTD, and I'm in Melbourne metro.
rather get direct from the source, I guess …Check your post office, I had something waiting a while too until I dropped in the other day to find out that the postie hadn't bothered to write a card for collection

I bought a couple of the Reebok shirts - hopefully they will be good. Eventhough the cockroach may have been crap, I wanted it but it was sold out - maybe that was a good thing.

Offer prizes for posting recommendations on forums, Offer very limited number of products in advertising way under retail price e.g. Wii to have them sell out in under 5 seconds.
Run deals only to have website crash again and again on catchathons.
Start selling products with a very limited use by date.
Sell refurbished previously faulty products etc etcGood adverting practices

Dare I say for the second time today I purchased the little girls perfume and a reebok t-shirt. There's always a birthday or xmas is just around the corner. Either way they won't go astray!
