      I read that too. No love for XboneS :(. Anyway, what kind of Patch is it going to be? Those mind boggling hd-textures like PC? I would be really envious. And, I think we can expect a GOTY soon as well.

        They're upping the resolution to 1440p and increasing draw distance and show detail I think. Hopefully not at the expense of frame rate. :P

        Xbox One S has no more power than the OG Xbox One. The increased power version Xbox One, Codename Scorpio, isn't out until later this year.

          The Xbox One S has HDR which the original Xbox One doesn't have (nor the Elite, sadly for yours truly) and from what I read, it makes more difference than slightly higher resolution (worth researching for yourself).

          Additionally, Project Scorpio will be far more powerful than PS Pro so I reckon that if you're in the market for a console, it might be worth waiting until the end of this year to see what's available and compare (not to mention the PS Pro will be heavily discounted to try to retain market share so you'll likely get a great deal).

      I had no luck when i tried to price match on the previous 1TB Pro/Big W post. Big W in Doncaster had sold out, so phone JB-HI. JB told my on the phone they would price match deal and had stock. When i got to the shop the JB Staff member said he could only price match if Big W Doncaster had stock, price match had to be done in same location. After a brief discussion i said 'so are you going to sell me a Pro today or not?", 'no' was the answer and was told it's JB policy. So in the end phoned around and found a Pro at Big W Lilydale. They put it on hold for me and picked it up the next day. Like all these things i ended up buying a few more games, another controller and charging pod all up $800+ bit silly really as JB missed out. I would try and source it at Big W if you can.

    Possibly helpful info for people like me that bought the $559 bundle: I bought it online so I emailed their "Online order enquiries" address, asking if I could get a refund for the price difference. Got a response not ten minutes later saying they'd send me a $30 WISH gift card via email.

      You can contact them and they'll send you a $30 gift card. Just send an email enquiry, another use in the comment section did.

        The bundle price was a mistake so I dont think the gift card will be sent. The guy who ordered Friday and received today had an itemised receipt so I should too. Hopefully it arrives tomorrow and I will test my luck.

          The bundle has been $559 for weeks now. It says $30 off, so I don't see how it could be a mistake really. As far as I know, they don't even sell the Pros unbundled. Even still, the item on their site currently says PS4 Bundle, so I'd guess the bundle is still available but am not certain.

    Big Big note to those who are looking into this!

    I just popped into a Big W store and inside the CONSOLE is advertised as $559 > discount $529. The BUNDLE is advertised as $559. If you look at the website, the item's name and description hint towards ONLY THE CONSOLE! The sales in store suggests it may be an error on the website, where the used the image of a BUNDLE incorrectly.

    If you bought the bundle thinking it's for $529, I'd STRONGLY RECOMMEND you take a screenshot of the website just in case you only get a console delivered.

      I emailed them and they sent a reply "Our sincere apologies for the confusion due to a website error. I can confirm that you will receive all 3 games with the console as a bundle." so it looks good, I provided my order number for reference for them to check too.

      Yes it is possible, I managed to return all 3 games for $210.50. (Bought bundle when it was $559 in store)

      So I was left with just a PS4 Pro console for $348.50! unbeatable deal sure to be one of the very best all year.

      I did get back more than I should have as did another user who tried this as well. All the games should only total to $166.44 making the PS4 pro $392.56 still a very good deal if you can get them returned.

      I ordered the bundle Friday night, and until this morning my order was still showing as "being processed". So I called up BigW this morning asking to refund me the $30 difference. The first support person flat out rejected me saying the order was already put through therefore nothing can be done. I called again to get a different person, who told me she will ask the online order team to process my request. And I wrote an email to their online support at the same time too. In the end: I received my bundle today, and they sent me a $30 gift card. I feel lucky now (as at the time I contacted them, their website was still showing $529 for the bundle, instead of console only).

          Only the promotional prices count as thats what you paid for the 3 games so $166.44 is correct unless they make a mistake and give you back more which has happened.

          Or the staff could get confused and call the manager which results in almost always being denied a refund. Again has also happened. Both of these things happened to me but I ended up getting $210.50 back off a lucky error trying another store.

        When I Bought it today it was advertised as PS4 pro bundle(with 3 games) for $529. Now I am looking at my order history its says PS4 Console Only.
        My guess is i am only gonna get the console. :(

      The email you received when you ordered will/should say Bundle so I'd give them a call and just confirm and if they say it's console only show them the email.

    My order is now saying it's been processed and dispatched and it says under items just the console, if I don't get the games too I will be going in store and asking them to refund me the price of the games.

      Yeah its weird, I ordered on Monday when the games were definitely part of the deal (before the discount even got applied) and now under my account on the website it just lists the console. I have no doubt I got the games though as it was shipped that night, but still concerning to have my order replaced with just the console now.

      I contacted support via email. My order says "PS4 Pro Bundle" or something along those lines. Having the word bundle indicates it'll include the games. At least, that's what I took from the response.

      I actually ordered when it said "bundle" but the games screenshots had disappeared. They have assured me that I'll get the games (I provided my order number).

    I'm actually worried my PS4 Bundled ordered on 29th, invoiced & shipped yesterday. On the order, it says PS4 Pro 1 TB bundle; however, on the invoice, it says PS4 Pro 1TB Console. :o

    The item code on the order was the bundle and now changed to the console :o

    I got knocked back on the $30 refund this morning as it is $529 for the console only. So I paid $30 to take the games off their hands, which I then promptly returned for ~$165 bringing the console price down to ~$395. Quite a farce really.

      I'm going to ring them soon. My argument is that the 529 price did display the bundle for that price when I emailed them about it. I haven't been emailed back, if a no go I won't be annoyed BUT I will also be making sure my games are included as it only shows the console in the tax invoice items list.

    just emailed online orders and they confirmed i will be receiving the games. i said my order showed "bundle" yesterday, but when i look online now it only shows the console. I got a screenshot this morning when it was showing bundle again.

        It was in the junk mail for my Hotmail/Outlook/Live account. I'd guess it'd be the same for any Microsoft-ran account as they employ the same spam filter.

        You'd be wise to mark it not junk, as it'll automatically be purged within ~2 weeks,.

Either way, I have the green light on the games being included in the package. If they're not, I'l be paying a visit to my nearest Big W.

          I'd advise you to email them too. It never hurts to have this type of thing in writing so you can turn around and say "I asked Big W. They said the games are included. Were they not included, I may have been able to cancel the order, etc."

          Yeah it is a bit of a bugger, maybe check the junk again. I didnt receive the email till the next day when it was actually dispatched. According to tracking it will arrive tomorrow. Pretty slack considering its coming from the same city and was ordered at 10:30am on a Monday.

          @ruddiger7: mine is saying it's estimated delivery date is tomorrow as well, but it's coming from the facility that's about 15 minutes from my house, I'd just go pick it up to save time and it was processed at this place at 2am this morning and it now says it's in transit so maybe I will get it today….
          That would be nice because I have to go to the shops a little later anyway so I could return the games while I'm there

        I dont think they would. It still lists each game individually but it doesnt have any promo prices or anything of the sort. It is listed like Dishonored 2 PRICE OVERRIDE $0.01

        I am disappointed but I will check the EB trade in value a level 3 can get on a switch.

          Can always return the complete bundle. Or sell the games on ebay. or look at trade in at ebgames. or try and exchange them at target.

          If you ordered online, you will receive two invoices, the first one is Big W online and it probably says PS4 Pro 1Tb Console; the second invoice will be in the box with the console with itemised console and games listed individually. However depending which big w store your bundle is from, your games maybe marked as 1 cent and you will not be able to return them.
