  • That is a good question.

Was about to save $250 to buy ticket there but still bit the bullet and bought from the airline directly. Then her return flight got cancelled. The message received from airline stated please contact the place of purchase to arrange.

Luckily she was put on another airline by the original airline and delayed only 50 minutes. How would have things worked out if we'd purchase online?

  • I've only bought once, but I ended up using fly365.

All legit - got emailed booking confirmation a few hours later, and the reference worked on the actual airlines website so I could update my preferences like seat/meal right away.

    Would use again.

  • From experience BestJet is good although I prefer booking through Flight Centre and taking advantage of their price beat policy. Flight Centre don't charge a credit card fee when doing a price beat which is a bonus.

    • Agreed with tranter - For a piece of mind I've recently booked with flight centre with their 'price beat' using sky scanner and iwtf website as a price reference.

For a fact, I know if I booked with flight centre and there is an issue I can directly call them or go to one of my local branch rather than having to deal with an online business.

Also there is no credit charges as they will waived the fees and I still can get the prices online.
