Claim a $20 EFTPOS Card When You Purchase Two Bravecto Packs between 01/02/2017 and 31/03/2017 from a Participating Outlet

How to Claim:
To claim, claimants must:

a) Purchase two (2) Bravecto packs of the same weight range in a single transaction from any of the following Bravecto products from a participating outlet in Australia during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase);

i. Bravecto for Very Small Dogs 2-4.5kg 1 Chew
ii.Bravecto for Small Dogs >4.5-10kg 1 Chew
iii. Bravecto for Medium Dogs >10-20kg 1 Chew
iv. Bravecto for Large Dogs >20-40kg 1 Chew
v. Bravecto for Very Large Dogs >40-56kg 1 Chew

b) Complete the online claim form
c) upload a copy of the purchase invoice/receipt showing date of purchase, product purchased, retailer name and invoice/receipt number.

Eftpos Card Delivery
Each valid claim received by 23.59 AEST on Thursday 13 April 2017 will be entitled to receive a $20 Eftpos Card. Claims will be validated and all valid claims will be sent a $20 eftpos card by standard post to the claimant's nominated address within 28 days.

Summary T&Cs
Claims must be received by the Promoter by 23:59 AEST on Thursday 13 April 2017. Only one claim is permitted per household (based on residential address). Multiple claims on the same Qualifying Purchase are not permitted. Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt to verify their claim. Failure to provide this verification to the Promoter upon request may, at the Promoter's discretion, result in an invalid claim.
