NDBD (iPhone Refurbished Seller) and Their Horrible Customer Experience

A week ago, I purchased iPhone 6s 128GB for $679 using a $10 discount code. (the 64GB and the 128GB had the price difference of $20~40 so i went 128) The website stated that they would ship the item during this week. Then it changed to 2-3 weeks. I emailed them multiple times asking them to give me an estimate shipping date. They ignored all of them so I used the live chat functionality on their website and the lady gave me no new info regarding this.

A day later, I get a call from an unknown number. It was NDBD. The guy on the phone was a typical cliche customer centre guy. He told me they are very sorry and that the 128GB is not available. I asked them when will they get the 128gb model in stock and he said there is no plan to have 128gb in stock. He then told me that if I would like to get the 64gb instead.

So far, you might think this is just a typical situation and the title is pretty absurd. Well….

The guy on the phone said that I'd be getting a $20 refund. I knew something was not right so I checked their website immediately. It turns out they are STILL SELLING THE 128GB ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH LOWERED PRICES. I told him about the lowered prices and even HE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS. He told me he was on the website and couldnt see the difference, then he put me on hold and took couple minutes to fix it to show the lowered prices.

He kept insisting the refund will be $20 for some reason. So I had to explain to him how math works. He updated the order and told me I'd be getting my refund of $40.

I understand NDBD is still a very new website but this is just absurd.

  • The website still shows the 128gb silver iphone 6s
  • The price difference between 64gb and 128gb at the moment is $10. This alone is a solid reason to be mad
  • I'm starting to doubt if the guy on the phone even gave me a legitimate info regarding the 128gb. Maybe it's not the website that's wrong, maybe it's him.

Then again, no other website/store offers a mint condition refurbished iPhone with a low price like them. Sigh

Who knows,……I'll prob comeback and if the iPhone is in good condition as they promised, I'll prob post it as a deal on this site. We'll see.

I can't help you but I know for sure I will never buy something over $50 from a website with that kind of name… Seriously, ndbd?

    • Turned out to be a rant post…. and it's abbreviation of No Difference(quality) Big Difference(Price). And at the moment, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.

      • more like No Difference(price) Big Difference(quality)

    • I've had the worse experience with this NDBD, I wished I'd looked on line first and read all this, I ordered iPad 4 on the 7 to July 2017, they gave me a tracking number, on the 14th I see that it stopped and item was delivered to Melbourne and signed for by someone, I'm in Sydney, i started emailing to ask what is happening to this day I still do not have a reply from them, I got hold of the delivery people in Hong Kong , the only ones to reply, they said that it was sent to the repairs Dept for NDBD, I have email as all others, I emailed that info off but didn't get reply, I got onto that live chat, I wrote everything but they don't read anything , they told me it was on its way and they'd get onto thsem to get a date of delivery, I told them how did they do that as only yesterday it was in Melbourne , they told me they all go to Melbourne first, they of course didn't get back to me so next day I contacted then again, she told me that I'd get a new tracking number by tomorrow and I'd get an email about tracing , I never did and she didn't contact me as she said she would, next morning I contacted again as well as emails to no reply, I told her I didn't get the new track number , she said she'd look into it, I reminded her she has said this everyday this week, I was on hold , she got back and said she tracked them me items in Sydney , I asked for the tracking number she said she didn't have one, I asked then how did she track, she just repeated that I'd get it soon, said it was on its way to me but couldn't give me a date! I asked for Sydney phone number she said they don't have one, I ask could I talk with a manger, she said they can't, I ask her to take my number, but no one called. after looking on line and sreading so much negative things , even though after two weeks waiting and knowing nothing about my item other that my as new item was in a repair shop I dissident I'd cancel and get my money back, the lady in live chat said that was find, it sounded so easy, she made me wait I did, then she got on and said it has been refund but depending on bank could be up to 10 day, I asked for proof that money was refunded, could kept on going around it , I told her which bank did it go in she said the one that was used?? I said there should be some numbers something to say you refunded, she wouldn't give them to me, I told her I wasn't going off until I had something to say she'd refund, she said she'd email me the receipt , she said she did that I told her I'd wait till I got it , I got email it was not a receipt it just said I'd get a refund in around ten day, I told her that wasn't good enough, then I say to her you didn't refund me , you lie to me as if you had I'd have a copy of the transaction , it was all like talking to a robot, so 2 weeks later , I'm worn, from chasing my item , worried sick as I don't have my money and no proof that they will put it in as she refused to give my anything, I have all transcripts and emails and the only reply from Hong Kong, i left message on face book that did nothing! Emails nothing, chat nothing , they don't have any phone numbers other than the one in Melbourne , I don't have STD access so I can't call the only number for this company, oh she did she I could got the Sydney and ask them as they don't have phone and they are not working the rest of the week she said! Just liters and cheats, I saved so hard for my first iPad and it was a 4 as that's the best I could do and now I have nothing nothing!, please sorry about spelling mistakes I'm disabled but tried. I forgot to write in there some place , it's not my bank that I'd be waiting on , it that they NDBd will put money in at around ten days, that lady never put it in, I have to wait for them to put it into my bank and I have no proof that they are going to do that or when.

  • No Damn Big Deal

  • Then again, no other website/store offers a mint condition refurbished iPhone with a low price like them. Sigh

Surely I'm not the only one reading all this and thinking OP is just getting scammed…?!

Further research, they're basically just a drop shipper to a bigger HK company. It's all grey import.
Can't find an abn on the site.
Facebook created 11th January (last month)

    Haven't done a whois yet

You were warned to steer clear of this mob 2 weeks ago…

Why the hell did you still buy from them?!

    • I did more research and I came to conclusion that this website isnt a scam. Too bad it had poor customer service though. I saw the facebook and twitter as well. facebook page had like 3 likes lel.

      • nope you are wrong. they are scammer with poor customer services.

      • It's a HK based company making it seem like they're in Australia… again, why did you trust them?

I'm guessing you don't have an ABN on the invoices they sent you?

        • No invoice yet, Just an online order status.

          It's not a scam though.

        • @EnterTheShiftKey:

          It's not a scam though.

          Why…?

        • @Spackbace:

Believe me, I've gone through everything about this website and yes, the informations were lacking but there was no evidence to prove that they are scammers.

Which is why I purchased from them

        • @EnterTheShiftKey:

So the fact they advertise stock that they don't have?
The fact they advertise they're mainly Australian, when your phone will be coming from Hong Kong?

          These aren't scammy tactics?

        • @Spackbace:

I have contacted them about this since I wasn't sure what to believe.

          This was their response.

Sarah - OA : I do apologize yes the Grade A iphones are in shortage right now specially the 128Gb as the suppliers is waiting for stocks to come in after the unexpected shortage
Me (11:32:23): do u have any idea when it will be back in stock?
Sarah - OA : 1-2 weeks is the last advise however it is yet to be confirmed by suppliers as the item is greatly in demand in the market which is causing the shortage

The services are pretty shitty but if I can get a good quality iphone at this price, I don't care.

But I agree, it is still sketchy.

As soon as the refund for price difference is processed, I'll know if Im safe or not

(I still won't recommend it to anyone just yet. )

        • @EnterTheShiftKey:

As soon as the refund for price difference is processed, I'll know if Im safe or not

          Not really…

          I'm amazed you're so naive

        • @Spackbace:
          well…we'll see

        • @EnterTheShiftKey:

          Got the phone yet…?

        • @Spackbace:
Received full refund. They kept delaying shipping.

Best of luck and everything, but making statements like:

I can assure u that they are not scammers.

    and

    It's not a scam though.

when you have paid them money and received nothing, and have no evidence other than a bit of googling, is a bit misleading to others to say the least.

    • Im pretty confident about this, but u are right. Removed the reference.

  • I purchased from this site too but after much research it appears they do not guarantee authentic genuine apple products. They only mention 100% original parts but that doesnt prove they are genuine apple. I asked them about it and all they could say was "refer to our website".
I have cancelled my order and am awaiting a refund. They say that it takes 10 business days to process. Now seriously, its not that hard to press a few buttons.
They are registered in China not Australia.

    • Yeah. I got refund as well. They kept delaying the shipping date.

    • Hi did you get your money back? And did you have any proof you were going to get a refund , how long did it take ? Thank you

  • After an abundance of emails and their annoying customer service team, I finally got a refund, so no harm done but would recommend avoiding these guys.

    • I don't think they even know what they are doing tbh. Got my refund as well.

  • Too late for us but dont buy from these guys as the phone I received was rubbish and their customer service was laughable.
We asked for a refund for the faulty phone on arrival but after loads of emails and phone calls (taking 2 hrs to get through each time) getting nowhere except the same response to reset the phone (didn't know this would fix a loose screen and broken microphone…) a month later they want me to send it to them before forwarding it to Hong Kong for checking even though their website states otherwise.

Hello all, I purchased an iPhone6 silver 64Gb from NDBD about a week and half ago, after I purchased the phone, I thought I'd have a look for reviews and found the ozbargain website.
After reading the reviews regarding NDBD, I thought crap, oops, but…. the phone arrived today in 'new' condition, you can't even tell it's refurbished, looks brand new, new charger, new ear buds and new charging cable, not a white Apple box, but a nice solid brown box that does the job, looks professional, phone was covered in the clear plastic protective covering front and back, 80% charged, exactly as lithium ion should be when not in use.
Swapped the Telstra sim card over, plugged the phone into my Mac, had already backed up the old iphone5s 16Gb, went through the start up procedure, downloaded latest firmware for iphone, transferred the old 5s info into the 6s and all good.
I was concerned after reading up on this page regarding the experiences people have had, first day but so far so good, see how it goes in the long run, I'll let you know.
    Cheers.

    • How is it going with you so far @Tigers

      • G'day Jordan, still ok, the ear buds are not authentic Apple, and the sound quality is not as good as the original Apple ear buds, but happy (fingers crossed) with the phone so far.

  • @EnterTheShiftKey got the phone yet?

    • They kept delaying my order for some reason so i cancelled a long time ago.

Just avoid them. Tigers seems to have had a great experience but that was literally his first post/comment and it was done on the day he joined ozbargain. I wouldn't trust his reviews. (Then again, he could be an average customer who was extremely satisfied and made an account just to leave that review here.)

      • True, it was early days, but sometimes nothing ventured. nothing gained..

        • Do you work for them?

        • @Missmolly:No I don't work for them.
I bought my iPhone 6 about a year ago and right up until this month it was fine but now it has started to glitch, the bottom half of the screen will flash intermittently, (perhaps this was the original problem before it was sold as refurbished.)
I have recently traded it in for a new iPhone and received $140 AU for it, so with the original costs, that represents about $5.70 per week for a year.
I thought it was risky buying it in these circumstances over the internet and for a year it was fine, but rather than utilise the 13 month warranty, I have now cut my losses and purchased a new phone.
Having the experience of buying a refurbished phone over the internet from a foreign country, I think I was lucky to have gotten this far compared to other people's experiences and I will never do it again and would certainly advise others to think twice about it also.
I hope that this forum that gives me a voice to let people know of my experience may help others who may be in two minds about what they want to do when it comes to buying a "cheap" iPhone on the internet,
          I don't recommend it.

  • Wish I had seen these comments before I purchased from these people. They are still advertising the item I purchased for $30 less and telling me they have no stock hence the delay in shipment - over a month now. Have read similar comments from others caught in their web. They would not take my Online Chat. Left me hanging as 2nd in the queue for over an hour then someone typed "leave a message…" someone was definitely at the other end and avoiding me. Not reputable to say the least. Now living in the hope that I get my money back. Would recommend not going there.

  • I never planned to talk about NDBD but it seems like people still read and comment on my old posts so I think I need to update you all on some information.

Firstly, please read my two previous posts including comments where I left couple updates, etc.

    First Post, Second Post

(Short summary of 2 posts: Ordered from them, they made stupid mistakes and had terrible service so I cancelled order and received refund)
If u finished reading, I'll tell you what happened next.

One of my post mentions that when I asked for a refund, I asked the live chatter if I could receive an update email of some sort if they had the phone in stock. That email NEVER ARRIVED.. Quality service. anyways

I've been getting new comments once a week or so and I started to notice something. Every positive commenters created their account at max 1 week prior to commenting and they all comment only on MY NDBD posts.
I noticed this 2 weeks ago and I commented with an update for those who still read the post to be cautious. I started to wonder whether NDBD hired people to post positive things about the site.

Couple days ago, on my 2nd post, a comment was unpublished with the bracket (spamming). So I immediately contacted Ozbargain and told the story and they kindly let me see the unpublished comment and here it is.

    Hello from Spain.
Three weeks ago I bought an Iphone through ND-BD web page. They were delaying my order week after week, but being honest they were informed me on time about my order.
Unfortunally I couldn´t wait longer for my order, so finally I canceled it.
I asked them for my 249€ and after two working days I had my 249€ in my bank account.
They look a littel new in this on-line business, but, ¡¡¡¡I´m sure it is not a scam web page, sure!!!!
By the way, they answered my e-mails really quick.
Greetings from The other part of the world.
    Raul.

Now I don't know why it was classified as spam, but I can safely confirm that this comment is BS. As someone who REGULARLY SENT EMAILS TO NDBD, it takes them couple days to respond (even a full week) and they even IGNORED emails I sent. Yes, they did give me a full refund so that part is somewhat true.

And I'll admit that there is a possibility that these people were EXTREMELY SATISFIED and made an account JUST TO COMMENT on the negative OZBARGAIN post. But I doubt it.

I really hope this is the end of my relationship(?) with NDBD because to me, it's nothing more than an embarrassing story of how naïve I was.

(sorry if the post seems to have grammar errors, etc. Wrote it at night after receiving another comment saying that he experienced similar things.)

    • You are missing an apology to the posters on Ozbargain that advised you to steer clear of this company. You have further argued with people who pointed out scam tactics to you. You are criticised Ozbargain for deleting a spam comment, and then you re-publish it!

However at least you acknowledge "it's nothing more than an embarrassing story of how naive I was.

      • -1

What? What do u mean I owe an apology? The only people I owe an apology is people who might have purchased from ndbd after reading my post, not the people who warned me. When I argued, no'one really had a clear information whether ndbd was legit or not so no I don't owe them an apology for my own (profanity).

And I never criticised Ozbargain for deleting the comment. Read carefully. I was trying to point out that many POSITIVE comments on ndbd posts might be from NDBD themselves. I even explained this entire situation to Ozbargain to retrieve that deleted comment.

I'm pretty sure I worded my comment properly so I have no idea why you commented on such manner.

        • +1

I just thought it may be good manners to say that you were wrong, and they were right.

        • @Baysew: I think that's painfully obvious by now…….

  • +2

Have had a really bad time with these people. I wish I'd read this posting before purchasing. I purchased a phone, then within hours changed my mind. I read on their website that change of mind is OK and the order can be cancelled and refunded. So I emailed my cancellation and got a reply within a few hours saying that the cancellation and refund would go ahead but the credit card payment had to go through first before the cancellation could be processed. Two weeks and three emails later and they are now telling me that the order has been passed onto their fulfillment dept for processing and delivery. I have sent a nasty email saying that the order must be cancelled - that's the fourth time I've told them to cancel. I have tried to contact them by phone and on-line chat without any success. My recommendation is to avoid these people like the plague. Buy your phone from a reputable store with a local warranty. I'll make another post when this thing is finally settled.

  • PLEASE READ THE POST AND ALL THE COMMENTS ABOVE. IM NOT GONNA UPDATE THIS STORY ANY FURTHER. THANKS

  • Good to know this company is still up to its tricks. Its a total Scam of a company. Their products are nothing but faulty pieces of rubbish and their customer service is even worse!. Take my advise and steer clear of them. RUBBISH COMPANY AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • -1

    FIRST OF ALL!!!!

you all specifically state that this is a very new website, yes??
I honestly think you are all quite impatient critic wannabe's………
just before i start I AM NOT (profanity) PAID BY THIS WEBSITE TO GIVE POSITIVE COMMENTS LIKE THAT FOOL UP TOP SAID ABOUT THE LAST GUY!!!

I order and i iphone 6, 16 gigabyte, gold on saturday the 24/6/2017, it is now monday the 26/6/2017!! this morning (monday) i received and email with my TRACKING NUMBER!!
stating it will be here within 2-3 business days!!
I emailed the customer service yesturday (sunday) to see when i would receive this tracking number, then went to bed early at 7:30pm because i had to wake up early for work (me being a trady = sheet metal worker) when i woke up in the morning i checked my emails, and low & behold i had a response from an actual customer service PERSON!! stating i would receive my tracking number most likely tomorrow ( this email was received at 6am on monday the 26/6/2017 TODAY!!) so i went to work and did what i had to do!!

on my lunch break i had a quick look at my emails on the phone i have now and notice i received the tracking number/consignment number ALL WITHIN ONE DAY & ABOUT 15 HOURS AFTER EMAILING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!!

NOW!!! it is still the same monday i received the reply email & tracking number, it is just in the arvo after i finished work!!
i am currently sitting in front on my laptop looking at the tracking/consignment number saying it is in sydney and i will take 1-2 days to get to me!!

    NOW!! SECONDLY!!
the website states perfectly that it is an online only website NOT COMPANY!! that refurbs iphones!!
i did a bit of research and found that they are a collection of mobile repair shops (like the ones you see in shopping centres) that repair and re-sell specifically iphones.
alot of the time they will not have the accessories with the rapair job so they will source them from 3rd party companies (hong kong, Australia, New Zealand and so on, basically where ever they can get them cheap & in as close to brand new condition as possible!!

WHAT I DO NOT THINK YOU PEOPLE REALISE IS THE FACT THAT THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES THE IPHONES ARE REFURBISHED!!! WHEN EVER BUYING A REFURBISHED PRODUCT THERE IS ALWAYS THE SLIGHT CHANCE OF A FAULTY PRODUCT!!! IF A COMPANY COULD RIP APART EVERY SINGLE USED IPHONE AND ENTIRELY REPLACE EVERY SINGLE COMPONENT TO NEW CONDITION AND GET TO FULL FACTORY WORKING ORDER DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD BE SELLING THE PHONES AND FULL APPLE MARKET PRICE??? USE YOUR GOD DAMN BRAINS PEOPLE AND STOP POSTING BULLSHIT COMMENTS TRYING TO DESTROY A NEW & UPCOMING WEBSITE TRYING TO GIVES US GOOD DEALS ON WHAT WE COULD NOT ORDINARILY AFFORD OR WANT TO WASTE MONEY ON!!

  • Yep, well my username says it all. Fool for buying from these people. My alter ego is called 'dumb' incidentally. I've got the quinella with this company. I ain't going to ramble. Bought an iphone off these people (re-read my username). Problem with receiving and making calls/texts. Minor issue really (refer to my alter ego name). Despite my best efforts pursuing a warranty claim … I know it ain't going to happen. Anyway, don't listen to me just search the Australian registered company Digital Skies Marketing and Solutions Pty Ltd and Fair Trading. Interesting reading. That's all.

  • I order iPhone 6 16GB online last Sunday from NDBD. The customer service email me the tracking no on Monday. Goods will pick up in the same day by aramex. Tracking shown as below:
Tuesday : SYDNEY for custom clearance
    Wednesday: Hong Kong for Transit
    Thursday: Dubai for transit
    Friday : Dubai for Transit
    Saturday: Dubai for Transit
    Sunday : Dubai for Transit
    Monday: SYDNEY
Tuesday : I received my goods.

Actually from last Tuesdays after readed the reviews made me so worry, I called to Aramex in Hong Kong to find out why the goods arrive in Sydney they send back to HK then Dubai. She said because iphone carry the battery they have to wait for special areoplane to transit. I also call NDBD AU. The customer Service is quite friendly. They said will help me to check. I also find out they overcharged me about $20. They want me to email them the evidence. The customer service reply my email next day. Now I waiting for my refund.
Today I receive my iPhone 6. Looks mint condition. My daughter very happy. Finger print and voice work well. I hope the phone can last for few years. I m not sure the charger is genuine parts or not.

  • The iphone I finally got after many many weeks of chasing them was not genuine. The battery would not hold a charge, the screen was not genuine, the screen protector was a crappy piece of plastic. Non genuine charger. Trying to get money back.

  • Just last night had decided to buy an iPhone 5S only because I wanted a budget-friendly phone with screen protectors that cost $255 with promo code fun15 altogether. Bought it, then stupidly fell for it because I later saw customer reviews (even though the majority of some sites had positive) but just didn't want to risk it at all waiting weeks for it to arrive, worst case to be DOA according to everyone. Also reading that the customer service is terrible, I called the NDBD AU Melbourne Office exactly at 8:00 am today (because there are lots of lines holds from other people trying to call) and successfully managed to talk to one of the people working there. It seemed very shifty, the person I was talking to sounded like a Chinese-American and at that point I knew that I shouldn't deal this kind of $@!&. I told them to cancel my order to be better safe than sorry, and I did, and the lady did say she did cancel the order as well as a refund, but I didn't know really what she said next, something about a bank statement refund to go through taking up to 2-4days for my bank account to be refunded but my call dropped because my phone credit expired, so I quickly recharged $30 for my phone, tried calling back but it got disconnected straight away (assuming that they had other customers to deal with 5 mins later)

So yeah, just be nice and reasonable to these "legitmate" business people, because if you don't act fast, highly doubt that you'll go through trouble of getting you're money back within a short timeframe. Oh and be sure to call as soon as it's 8:00am because you wouldn't wait until the middle of the day trying to get your money back from these scumbags lol. Still gonna check every often to get my funds back after 4 days, I'll probably reply to my own comment for an update.

    • Got my refund back within 3 working days from Tuesday night till Friday morning. Stoked but if it comes to buying phones, either buy it from an official website or just go into the local shop.

  • Honestly unless they have a BnM store in Sydney I don't even bother. Life is too short for this crap.

Trying to pick up pennies in front of a steamroller comes to mind

  • Customer service, what is that ?
Bought the iphone 6. battery was rubbish or worse and other features didn't work. Apple store told me problems were either non Apple parts or the software. Upgraded software problem didn't go away. Went through he process and was without phone for about 8 weeks. They needed to be chased to get action.
Got the phone replaced and thIs one has the same issues. Same phone ??? maybe.

    STAY AWAY.
PRODUCT IS A DUD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME.

  • Don't walk…run. Run away from NDBD.

This is the first time I have every posted a review about any company. I was compelled to do so having been subjected to the most horrible, time-consuming, frustrating online shopping experience I have ever had.

The refurbished phone NDBD initially sent to me was locked to the previous owner’s apple ID, so it was essentially a brick as I couldn’t get past the activation step in the phone set up. Short story, it took NDBD about 2.5 months to get a replacement to me, and that is only because I pushed hard for it. If I left it to them to organise, it probably would have taken much, much longer.

Long story…..Their customer service is inept. Their systems used to track and record customer complaints, emails, phone calls, messages are not linked; every time I spoke with someone I had to tell the entire story from the very beginning as they didn’t have any notes/history on the issue. I was caught in a loop answering identical questions asked by different NDBD people.
You will only receive generic responses from written complaints (email, online message, online feedback form). If you phone them you will have to wait at least 40 minutes before you are connected to anyone, and at times they will simply hang up without answering, or answer and then tell you that they can’t hear you and then hang up.

Here’s an extremely short version of same conversation I had with more than 3 different people in their customer service department:
    NDBD: “what’s the issue?”
Me: “the refurbished phone you sent me is locked to the previous owner and I cannot start the device due to apple activation lock”
NDBD: “please send photos of the phone”
    Me: (supplied photos requested)
NDBD: “please send additional photos we didn’t ask you to send the first time”
    Me: (supplied additional photos requested)
NDBD: “please send IMEI and serial number”
    Me: (supplied additional information)
NDBD: “return has been approved. Please confirm “Find my iphone” is disabled before you send it back to us”
Me: “I can’t check if “Find my iphone” is disabled as I cannot start the device as it is locked to the previous owner”
NDBD: “You must confirm “Find my iphone” is disabled before you send it back or we will not replace the phone”

Eventually I as able to speak to a manager in customer service (had to phone them, of course as they will never phone you) and the manager stated they would personally take care of the issue. I got a nice email from them and then radio silence again for two weeks. When I phoned NDBD again to find out why this manager had not helped me despite telling me they would personally take care of the issue, I was informed that particular person had gone on annual leave…Sigh….eventually they returned from holiday and only then authorised the replacement. However when NDBD received the locked phone, I received a message saying “The phone is locked and you didn’t turn off “Find my iphone” so we cannot replace the phone”. Again….sigh….

Anyway….eventually I got what I paid for, but as I stated already it took 2.5 months and I had to badger them with phone calls (twice a week for the last month), waiting 40mins each time to be connected.

Don’t walk…run. Run away from NDBD. As fast as you can.

  • +1

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I did, they sent me a phone that did not work. After two months of poor communication where I repeatedly provided them photos and videos and barcode numbers they still refuse to acknowledge the phone is broken, and refuse to provide a replacement or a refund. Their strategy is to sell you a poor quality phone and then wait until you give up and go away. They are absolutely shameless and shocking. You might as well take the money you would pay them and set fire to it: you will be no worse off, and it will be a quicker and less frustrating way to lose your money.

  • DO NOT go anywhere near this business!
I bought 3 x iPnone 6 phones for work and ALL 3 Were faulty. This cannot be a coincidence. It appears, from my experience, they simply purchase faulty phones, put them in a new box and ship them out and then when you want a refund, or the phones replaced, they use every blocking tactic you can think of to make you give up. Their customer service is a disgrace.
12 months later and I still don’t have an outcome. The last email I sent them was never even replied to.
I can only say that do not be as stupid as myself and always use PayPal for these type of purchases. This is normally my golden rule - never again will I break it.
I can only hope that my loss can be a warning to others to stay away from this dodgy and dishonest operator and I would encourage everyone to find every forum you can and warn as many other unsuspecting victims as possible.

  • The guys that are running this company are the same guys behind Android Enjoyed, CameraSky, Klukker, ONEdigitals and Galaxy eSolutions, I noticed a lot of people having massive problems with these guys as have I, so I did some digging and got the following contact information about the company, not sure if its all still current but hope it helps

The actual trading company for Android Enjoyed, CameraSky, ONEdigitals and Klukker is Milkyway Distribution Ltd which was under the Dogma Enterprise Limited brands umbrella, Milkyway Distributions contact details are http://milkyway-distribution.com/ their address is 9/F., Block AB, Ka Ming Court, 688-690 Castle Peak Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong and email comtact is [email protected], the senior managers and primary owners of the company are:

Sze Lok (Joe) Chan, +61413 961 171 or +852 6408 1777 or +852 8171 4255 or linkedin.com/in/garciamoonshine or [email protected] or Flat F, 8/F, Block 3 Rhythm Garden, 242 Woon Choi Road, San Po Kong, Hong Kong

He seems to of started a new business call Galaxy eSolutions Ltd which is likely where some of the money people have been scammed out of has gone, as well as Milkyway Distribution stocks and repairs, I hope everyone got their repairs back, it also appears hes taken Joe Chan with him on this verture.

Of course you should also make a complaint to the Hong Kong consumer council here https://www.consumer.org.hk/ws_en/complaints_and_advices/how… they are just like fair trading and will help you get your money back and put pressure on the companies Hong Kong opperation, maybe even shut them down and pursue the directors of the company directly as well.
