Yeah, this game is a lot of fun. The stealth-action mechanics are solid, feels good to play. Movement is a bit like Assassin's Creed 2+, combat system is very similar to the Batman Arkham games (but far more brutal/violent).
It's a game that encourages you to create your own stories, so to speak. You're encouraged to free roam and get in and out of trouble in your own way. The nemesis system is great - the uruk enemies have a constantly-changing pyramid power structure, you learn the identities of captains in the uruk army and try to assassinate them. Anyone who kills you is promoted within the enemy ranks and becomes stronger, encouraging you to track them down and take your revenge. It's really fun to develop long rivalries with enemy captains - if you don't execute them properly, they WILL come back, tougher than before. Each enemy has their own strengths and weaknesses that change over time, which forces you to approach the assassinations in different ways.
The game has been out for quite a while now, but it's worth picking up at this price if you feel like a really solid stealth-action sandbox game.
Just a word of warning - not that anyone really buys PS3 games anymore, but the PS3 port of this game is absolute dogshit, so do not buy it. The PS4 version is completely fine, and I have no idea about PC.
