  Maybelline does tests on animals. They sell their products in China, where animal testing is mandatory for foreign cosmetics. Because of this, Maybelline isn't considered to be a cruelty-free brand. Its parent company L'Oreal shares the same policy.

  Models prefer does not test on animals.

  I believe thin Lizzy does not test on animals.

  I just went to a Priceline store at Town Hall and the price scans up as $7 for the Maybelline Baby lip collection 3 pack and the manager refuses to match the online price.
