Link gives a 404, try this one: https://www.petersofkensington.com.au/Public/Peters-Jamie-Ol…

Shipping kills it for me. Looks like $7 to NSW, $11 to VIC & QLD, $13 to SA and $14 to WA and TAS.
Interestingly (I was bored), it's cheaper to get this shipped to NZ ($12) than it is to SA, TAS or WA.

  • Nice deal OP!

  • "This is a good price for the set, I did some quick research and the graters alone are selling for $34 - 80"
    Is there $80 cashback somewhere? I can't find it…

  • No surprise here, kitchen utensils with the name of a second rate chef attached being cleared out because no-one was stupid enough to pay full price.

    • price for his brand has always been issue (over priced) but never the quality. Even the fishfingers with his brand are made of cut fish fillets, not mashed and formed into fishfingers like other brands, his pesto has more basil then other brands, and none of his pastry goods use palm oil unlike many other brands.

These graters have metal along the side unlike the current Microplane ones which are plastic, so at this price I will get a set.

If you've never owned acid etched graters you will be amazed how good they are.

      • price for his brand has always been issue (over priced) but never the quality.

There has been plenty of criticism of the quality of his products especially in the restaurants. Like the baked bean stunt he pulled, his restaurants are slapped together and rely on his name and hordes of "fans" to look past the exhorbitabtly priced food.

Yes this product may be good value at $20 but at $100 it was a rip-off and clearly did not sell. You can buy similar quality for a lot less then the original price without him name attached.

If you need any further proof that he is a second rate chef who will never have a Michelin star look at the product number of this "product".

        666666

        I rest my case.

        Even the fishfingers…..

I've never purchased a product with his name on it and I never will. He's purely driven by profit. Remember the failed Woolworths stunt that the farmers were forced to fund?

  • May be an early mothers day present here, thanks OP

    • If it allows the "mother" to cook better meals them it's karma, what you give comes back two fold, but acid etched graters are VERY sharp, used to have bloodied tea towel to prove it.
