Is Red Rooster any good in WA? I am in Sydney and I used to really like that food, would often get those packs with the pineapple ring.
However bought some chicken and the cheesy nuggets not so long ago - it was absolutely foul (bad pun). Disgusting, horrible flavour, cheap and nasty, just not nice at all. The cheesy nuggets were ummm… just frigging mindboggling bad. OMG that taste, ewwww!
In fact, the only takeaway food that I have ever eaten that was worse was those horrendous "breakfast rolls" or (whatever they are) with the fake bacon and the reconstituted powered egg that's lovingly heated to a slighty putrid smelling firm, rubbery mass using theor industrial power microwaves.
The Subway had a flavour and texture that actually caused me to be a bit sick into my mouth. With the Red Rooster I only suffered strong disappointment as I chucked it (almost $20 in total) in the bin that was helpfully positioned on the exit driveway from their car park.
You just made me REALLY happy, the REALLY sad when I realised it's WA only :(
