From memory, treatments expire 1 year after payment. I'm pretty sure it can expire more than 1 year if you buy a certain amount of the same treatment.
Not saying this company or procedure is good or bad, but Product Review isn't worth the bandwidth.
Plenty of good products get trashed at that site.
People really never go on here to say "what a good job, I'm now looking like a porn star", they only log on to say "your staff suck, I nearly died, and then all my head hair fell out"
To be fair there are plenty of 5 star reviews in there too.
I've been going for 3 years+
I've gotten hair laser removal on my face, legs and nether regions. Also I've been getting skin needling and peels. NEVER had a problem at all.
Obviously everyone is different from skin types, to sensitivity and treatmenets selected etc.

worst place, went to get the grizzly bear hair off my back lasered, went for 15 sessions, they did nothing, went back for my 16th, the lady said "you know this does nothing for your thin mostly blonde back hair hair, you're better off waxing"
back to waxing i go.

At what point in your 15 sessions that it occurred to you it did nothing? Waiting until the 15th session to realise that it's not working it's pretty late since the average time between each session for laser hair removal is 4 weeks. Also, one thing: blonde/white hair is harder to remove with the laser, there are some machines that can target blonde / white hairs but they should have told you that when you had your first consultation with them.
I have white skin, black hair which laser is really effective on my hairs and the rep educated me how laser works even with blonde / white hair.
no they kept saying i needed more for it to work, each and every time, im no laser hair nerd so i kept going back. Until the usual lady that did it wasnt there and i got another lady.
I have no trust in any of the laser places in shopping centres.
Lasers don't work well for certain colours, it's more effective on darker hair and they should have informed you of that prior.
Same with tat removal, some colours are much easier than others.

I went in to have neck hair zapped. Did 6 sessions 1 month apart, 1 year later, all grown back. Went in to chat and they said it's not permanent.
Now I just do 1 session every 6 months. Thins it out so it's easier to shave and it's all I need.
