  I believe it is nationwide, or at least in Victoria, been to a few targets (greensborough, parkmore, southland) and have seen them around at $1 too

If not nationwide, definitely VIC wide. First got some from Forest Hill around Valentine's Day, and saw them at Eastland shortly after that.
