Is Bloodborne GOTY the complete version? It's showing up as $30.50

Also Uncharted 4 is $22.95 for PSN plus subscribers

  Yeah GOTY is just base game + Old hunters (the only DLC out for now)

i never did finish the old hunters dlc was just way too hard with my newgame +++ character from main game i think i got as far as the mansion with that spiral staircase boss.
