Hi rep. I just have a question about returning stuff I bought online. I returned an online purchase to the Brunswick street store yesterday. The store has a 20% off store wide at the moment so I got a cardi in exchange for my return but the cashier refused to apply the 20% off the cardi so I had to pay the price of the cardi (without the 20%) off minus the price of on online purchase. Is this Clear It's policy?
