  • Your post here shows that IDR is a supported currency, yet there's no mention of it on the website. It's not available in the drop down list on the front page.

      No VND as well.

      • Hi Neilgero
Thank you for pointing that out. VND will be rolled-out soon (next week). There will be 3 payment options we will offer for VND (Bank account, atm card and vimo wallet (in 10 minutes pay-out)).
So I hope you check back again next week. Promotions will apply until end of April.
        Regards,
        RemitWisely team

    • IDR is coming soon on announcement on top of remitwisely website.

Can you edit your post then and list all of the currencies that are 'coming soon' separately from the currencies you currently support?

        • Hi BonezAU,

As per your comment, we have already separated the current currencies we service to those that are still on the pipeline. We hope to be in good business with you in future as soon as we have your desired currencies in place. For now, I suggest you check our website regularly for any updated service.

Thanks you and have good day ahead.

          Thanks,

      Hi bonezAU,

Thanks for checking on our website. Few asian currencies are not yet available currently but they should be available very soon! Apologies for the confusion as we intend to inform the public the currencies listed will be offered by RemitWisely. So please check our website again in the next week as we roll-out our services.

We do appreciate your feedback and happy to clarify any confusion. Thanks.

      Regards,

    Quick comparison with TransferWise;

    TW: 1000AUD > 604.66GBP $6.95AUD fee

    RW: 1000AUD > 595.20GBP $3.99AUD fee

so looks like RW have a lower fee but a lower exchange rate. not Remitting-wisely if you ask me.

    • Hi Neilgero
Thanks for providing a comparison between RemitWisely and TransferWise. We appreciate you for doing that and as RemitWisely's mission to be as competitive not only with/against local australian transfer businesses, RemitWisely aims to become your choice of money transfer compared to our incumbent top competitors which are dominated by overseas companies. And in that, RemitWisely aims to break through.

However, we value your feedback and we will ensure that we become more competitive across the board.

      Regards,
      Remitwisely team

  • Another comparison for you:
    http://tranzfers.com/
    600.70 GPB, AUD15 fee

I've used tranzfers.com quite often without a problem.

Interesting to see these alternatives. Looks like they charge less.

Anyone used any of them? Any issues or recommendations?

    • Hi check
You are welcome to try our services. Do not forget to use our promo code FIRST, REG50.

      • OP you say: First Transfer is FREE with FIRST.
Is it free for Priority transfer?

Also, is the exchange rate shown the rate used, or is it the rate when you receive my funds?

Is your fee on top of the AUD transferred?

        • Hi check,

The free transfer fee only applies to regular transfer process. You can use this code ANYTIME as this has no expiry. If you want to send by priority, we suggest that you use the promo code PRIO25 to get 25% off on your priority transfer fee. As for the exchange rate query, it really depends on the method used. We recommend POLI (applepay, android pay in future) on that matter so real-time rate will be used. As for the bank transfer, the rate will depend on the time your funds reach our bank account. And yes, the transfer fee will be added on top of send amount.

Thank you and please do not hesitate to comment or check out our website's FAQ for other details of our service.

          Regards,

          RemitWisely Team
