  Doesn't this app require the Developer's physical guitar preamp to work with it first? The 'iRig Acoustic' is their guitar preamp (like a microphone) that clips on to your acoustic guitar's sound hole to pick the sound up in the first place. I guess if you had a semi-acoustic or an electric-acoustic guitar that already had a built-in preamp, it might work with the app.. not sure if it's proprietary software or not.

        You are correct, while it will work with the built in mic, it will not sound as it is designed. as for the down votes you got, its from lizard Spock, he doesn't like people who don't think this is a deal.
